Update the Rewrite condition for Drupal templates

  • This PR is a : Improvement
  • Documentation is written
  • parameters.yml.dist is updated
  • playbook.yml.dist is updated
  • Changelog was updated

Thanks for the PR! Can you tell me a bit more about this? The current vhosts don't work?

I tested a local install with D7 and the clean URLs were not working, with those changes I was able to have them working again. Not tests with D8 yet
