Nginx: Allow to extends templates anywhere #188

This allows users to create their own Nginx template in their projects and extend Drifter defaults. The changes in the default templates are required when the user extends a template that itself extends another (like PHP extends default). Without this the provisioning fails because it is not able to resolve the parent template.
