Certain systems* don't allow the use of entry points after pip installing a package. Would anyone be against me adding an __init__.py module so that it can also be run via python -m shiv ...?

*Jenkins pipelines + ephemeral docker agents

do you mean __main__ ?

if so, definitely not opposed!
