Something is broken with the head of coreboot when building x230 with measured boot mode enabled. System starts up, then powers down.

I'm going to roll my https://github.com/osresearch/coreboot tree back to release 4.5 for the merge, instead of having it track the head of the coreboot tree.

It is still broken in 4.5.
