Icing Task Manager and Window Saver applets were removed directly from master in 0c7493a. The reason cited was because they were unmaintained. This was not my choice, as my main account is banned, and I was not extended any avenue by the mint team to reduce my involvement amicably.

By this same reasoning, Cinnamenu, while not unpopular, is certainly not being maintained (against my will), and should be removed.

If 0c7493a is reverted and the ban is lifted on my main account (@jaszhix), this PR will be withdrawn.

If those requests can't be fulfilled, please merge this PR, since it is not receiving updates outside of translation and metadata.json updates, and continues my affiliation with an organization that does not want to work with me in a reasonable manner.

Cinnamenu:

Closes #2328
Closes #2333
Closes #2361
Closes #2470
Closes #2635

ITM:

Closes #1515
Closes #2121
Closes #2531

IWS:

Closes #2352

Hi Jason, hope you are doing OK. I'll plan to merge this later today when I get back from work, all else being equal.

Regards

Simon

What is going on here?

There should be a way to handle this gracefully.

I am quite sure not everything here is rational and reasonable! I don't know the background story, but it seems that strong feelings and emotions from different sides are present here.
I believe this can be handled in more civilized way. We all have different things to learn, so let's learn together how to deal with such situations. Everybody will benefit from this in the future.
