This adds gradients to the Firefox and Firefox Nightly icons. The gradients are based on the colors of the official icons after the new Firefox's branding, bringing more consistency with both the Firefox brand and the rest of the icon theme.
The icons of this pull request were sent previously in #362, but @clefebvre asked me to send them in a separate pull request so that Mozilla can review them before merging.
