add info about UK indiviual flags #250

specify in the readme how to access these flags that have no ISO codes. I got the info looking at issue lipis#120.
I'll show the extra flags on the main page and maybe in the instructions.. as they are more than just UK I don't want to be specific for UK stuff as it is in this PR :) |
