Usage

get data from (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1o8uo2MCD5KzciYwT6uv4wQDQfbmdhQ3Z/view?usp=sharing)
place corresponding .gml files into ./input/source_gml/
run gen_intermediate_files.py to generate intermediate files
run ilf_fitting.py to fit ILF
run main.py to get publications' x-ray
run vd_statistics.py to get vaild depth distribution of idea tree and there subtrees
run pattern_statistics.py to get the result of pattern classification
run get_delta_D_for_specific_topic.py to calculate DPI
