Exchanges no longer connected to the wallets. Appears to have stopped around 25/26 September

Thanks for the report. Is this all exchanges? Are any giving any reason, that you know of?

This doesn't look like a blockchain issue. We're assuming that this ticket applies to SouthX, as other exchanges seem to be working fine; we have reached out to SouthX and they have confirmed they have an issue with the wallet, which they're working to resolve. Also, for future reference, GH issues are the PERFECT place to contact LCC devs!

At HitBTC they also have problems with their wallet, they don't receive or send. I believe the failure is related to the Electrum-LCC wallet. (the failure causes a big price difference for LCC compared to southxchange,mercatox and freiexchange).

Update: HitBTC aren't using a light wallet (which is definitely a good thing..). They're aware of a problem at their end and are working to fix it.
