因为我拿到的M3U8文件是一个目录文件，里边包含的不是ts播放列表，而是各种播放源，因此需要选择一个播放源并再次下载包含了 ts 列表的文件。
因为我的需求只拿第一个源下载就行了，因此代码并没有考虑其他源的处理。
