The readme now indicates how to install/deploy/develop ardere as well as having 100% test coverage and Travis CI hooks. A contributing doc was also added to match other projects. Closes #22

A basic set of docs usable by either Github Pages or ReadTheDocs on basic usage should be created.
The readme and design docs also need a facelift for the actual implementation which ended up being simpler than originally planned.
