Coming out of a conversation on uploading a 175mb tif, we noticed that it loads as 1 tile with only 1 partition.

It would be good if we had some sort of heuristic to enable automatic tiling and partitioning based on size.

This is now the case for Hadoop and S3 with locationtech/geotrellis#2317 and related PRs
