クリアファイルを使った簡易のフェイスシールドです。 フレームはアクリルを使い、レーザーカッターでの制作を試みます。様々な方が3Dプリンタでのフェイスシールドを作られています。 ３Dプリンタよりも少しハードルを下げて、生産のスピードも一つあたり1-2時間でなく3-4分でできればとの提案です。
製品レベルのフェイスシールドが現場に届くまで、量産といち早くお届けする目的で着手しました。
クリアファイルを使ったフェイスシールドのアイディアは大阪大学の取り組みをベースとしています。 有志で3Dプリンタを作って医療現場に届ける3D PRINT FACASHIELDの取り組みの情報を収集しています。

We now make face shield based on the model designed by Mr.Kawakami who is associate professor of engineering department in Yamagata University.

Making Face Shield with clear file Frame is made from acrylic. We try to make Face shield with laser cutter.
There are some face shields made by 3D Printer. It takes 1-2hours to make.
Lasercutting is easer than making by 3D printer and faseter it takes 1-2minutes to make.
We developed this faceshield so that we can make alot and deliver quickly until manufactured ones arrive to medical field.
The idea useing clear file is from Osaka University. There is a facebook community caled 3D PRINT FACASHIELD which Volunteers develop and print faceshield by thier own 3D printers and deliver to medical field.We drow on this community.
