What happened?

TODO(contains children nodes) in query cannot be triggered normally.

Reproduce the Bug

1. create a TODO contains children nodes
2. create a query [[TODO]]
3. click the TODO in query
4. query still show the children nodes of TODO

Fixed after re-index. Cache related issue

I have tried to reinstall Logseq and created new graphs many times(0.7.6), this issue can be reproduced.
Follow the steps:

1. Create nodes

• TODO Hello
  • world!

2. Create two queries
   {{query [[TODO]]}}
   {{query [[DONE]]}}
3. Click the TODO in query
4. you will see the world! still in [[TODO]] query

I think this is a bug, you need to re-index every time when you click the TODO in query which contains children nodes
