Longhorn CRD Update

- Update the CRD spec/status in https://github.com/longhorn/longhorn-manager/tree/master/k8s/pkg/apis/longhorn/v1beta2
- Then, generate a new CRD manifest by https://github.com/longhorn/longhorn-manager/blob/master/k8s/generate_code.sh
- Then, create a PR in the longhorn-manager repo for changes in the 1 and 2
- Update https://github.com/longhorn/longhorn/blob/master/chart/templates/crds.yaml according to the above changes
- Generate new manifests by https://github.com/longhorn/longhorn/blob/master/scripts/generate-longhorn-yaml.sh
