Problems Solved

If a user is on a show page for a certain Post Type (TIL, Gratitude, etc) and clicks the "new post" button from that page, it would be nice if that post type were pre-populated in the new form.
This PR does that.
New posts generated from the main nav bar still use the default behavior.
