Setup

Add a DISCORD_TOKEN entry to the secrets.secret file in the Denizen plugin folder
Run the discord command to set channel IDs
- discord bridge <id>: Public Discord-Minecraft bridge channel
- discord admin <id>: Admin-only logs channel
