Skip type definitions that break the docs build

This may not be the correct long-term fix, but it should allow the build to
complete. These are just type definitions, so it's not clear that we need them
in the public API docs anyway.

Looks good. I'm not entirely sure what the issue with these might be; possibly it can be fixed when we upgrade the documentation stack for pipelines.lsst.io
