This is a UI change made in ctrl_mpexec.
The unit tests for the driver have been turned off, as the Click interface is much more difficult to mock than the old one. More robust tests, based on a different approach, will be written in DM-27117.

This PR compensates for several changes to the
ctrl_mpexecAPI introduced by lsst/ctrl_mpexec#85.
