This notebook should serve as a useful starting point for debugging future jointcal failed fits or ones with very high chi2 or increasing chi2.

* Remove leading `#` on description lines so that astropy can treat the
all the column names the same.
* Change `chip` to `detector` to match our other usage.

The notebook looks useful, if it was mine then I'd probably add some axis labels/legends to the plots.

This is not a complete notebook for debugging anomalous chi2 values,
but it can serve as a useful starting point for future debugging.
