All tests in this package have been modernized to make them runnable under the py.test framework. They have also been cleaned with autopep8 to meet the LSST PEP8 standard. All deprecated asserts have been modernized as well.

The tests in this package have been modernized to make them runnable
under the py.test framework. They have also been claened with autopep8
to meet the LSST PEP8 standard. All depracated asserts have been
modernized as well.
