This repository contains the scripts and the data required to reproduce the main analysis and the figures for the manuscript "Genome-wide dysregulation of histone acetylation in the Parkinson’s disease brain".
The scripts run on both Linux and Windows operation systems
WrapperScript - this is the wrapper script for the main analysis, running the scripts in the ProjectScripts directory. The purpose of each script is indicated in the file.
generalFunc.R - Various manual scripts for general purposes, not specifically related to the analysis.
Versions of all packages used for the analyses are included in the SessionInfo.RDS file.
