Rich text editor disappears

Steps to reproduce:

• Go to the open page
• Click on edit in the module actions menu (rich text editor should appear)
• Close the modal
• Reopen it (rich text editor should be gone and a simple text input is shown)

It looks to me the init function of tinymce editor is only working on when page is loaded for the first time. The line $("#modal-body").load(moduleEditUrl, { moduleId: moduleId }); does not actually reloading the page and hence the init function is not being called. I am looking into it.
