Add real item data to the database and see how that plays with the system. Make any adjustments necessary to existing application.

Imported actual items from the SRD
reformatted items page and API to function with actual data and not
wishful thinking.
Removed form elements from items as that is currently not complete and
much lower priority
style fixes
update tests
