With uncompressed binaries of the IFFL tools

The compressed versions of makeiffl.exe and addiffl.exe might cause problems with certain user setups. Therefore these were replaced with uncompressed versions.

With support for CMD FD2000 drives

Added support for CMD FD2000 floppy drives, along with a blank FD2000 disk image and a procedure to write files to it.

With support for Commodore 1581 drives

Integrated Lasse's drive detection (Dreamload) and added support for Commodore 1581 drives with Lasse's help and advice.

Initial release

This is the initial release for Commodore 1541/1541-II/1571 drives.
