Updated binaries to match code and added x64 Binary

So Apparently I changed the settings System back in December and forgot to update the Binaries.
I also was notified today that my old binaries didn't work with 64 Bit Notepad++

This Release is to fix both issues (outdated code and missing 64 bit)

This should now work. it's basically removing stuff until it compiles but stop before it stops working.
