Thumbnails conformity to XDG Specification #57

PCManFM stores thumbnails in $HOME/.thumbnails. According to XDG specification it should store it in "$XDG_CACHE_HOME/thumbnails" ( $HOME/.cache/thumbnails by default).

In fact, thumbnails generated by gdk-pixbuf-thumbnailer get stored correctly in "$XDG_CACHE_HOME"/thumbnails. So this should be a really easy bug to fix.

Create thumbnails according to the XDG Base Directory Specification
cc93bbd 
The thumbnail directory should be created where user-specific
non-essential (cached) data should be written rather than in the
user's home directory.

This addresses github issue #57.
