Checkstyle only adds 1st of several Local Check Configurations?!

I noticed, while working on some project of https://git.opendaylight.org using https://github.com/vorburger/opendaylight-eclipse-setup/ (which uses m2e-code-quality snapshot), that despite those projects in their POM having not just one but three different Checkstyle XML configurations, via different dependencies of the maven-checkstyle-plugin in different executions, only the first one actually seems to get configured in Project > Properties > Checkstyle > Local Check Configurations.

I'm pretty sure this used to work better before... hm, would need to debug.
