python_virtual_environment

You will need to use a virtual environment for compiling everything with python2.
For this, create a new virtualenv
virtualenv --python=/usr/bin/python2.7 python27
source python27/bin/activate
Install a few python packages that are our code base dependencies.
pip install numpy scipy empy pyyaml rospkg catkin_pkg matplotlib vext.pyqt5 vext.pyqt4 enum opencv-python==4.2.0.32 pybullet xacro

source python36/bin/activate
