HTML blocks break on update from 2.10 to 2.11

I just updated my site from 2.10 to 2.11, and after republishing my site the content of all of my HTML blocks appears as text on my web pages:

The editor thinks this is a normal HTML block:

I have a LOT of HTML blocks. I republished one site after updating, and now it's completely broken; I can't change any of my other sites because if I republish them, they'll break too. Any ideas?

Can you email me the content from one of the fragments? (e.g. /site/fragments/) so that I can try it out?

I just pushed a bug fix. Version 2.10 encoded the HTML content. Version 2.11 is not encoding the HTML. I pushed a bug fix to support backwards compatibility. You will need to re-save the page, but it should work. Please let me know if this fixes the issue you are having.
