Запрещаем создание, изменение, удаление, любые модификации из админки.

readonly_fields теперь не нужны.
fieldsets предлагаю убрать, если человек зашел в запись посмотреть вероятнее всего он захочет увидеть все без лишних действий на развертку доп. данных. Меньше кода и ('uid', 'payment_id', 'bank_id') в одну строку выглядит не очень например на мобильных устройствах.
