Generate TS files to a specificied directory

Would be nice if you could generate the TS files in a different directory. Having them nested will have TS and C# in the same place which is not always wanted.

I have used Typewriter, it might be worth looking at how its done there.

I think this really goes with thought of a post build action using reflection and not even showing the files as a dependent item under the original CS file.
