The CellMatch package, developed by Eric Kernfeld. Used to map query scRNA clusters onto a reference set of scRNAseq clusters using a correlation-based metric. Particularly useful for matching across species, sequencing platform and for staging in vitro data on in vivo references. CellMatch reference-query matching was used in "Generation and molecular characterization of human pluripotent stem cell-derived pharyngeal foregut endoderm" as described in https://github.com/maehrlab/epigenetic_characterization_hPFEv1.
