- Provide the API filtering options by allowing to pass parameters when fetching resources.
- Change the way String::underscore is implemented in order to avoid the problems of monkey patching (for now it defaults to the myob-api gem implementation since it uses the same design, so I also sent them a PR to avoid that)

The MYOB Auth API is not aware of the domain used in Essentials. (au/nz)
