Angel's Tomb doesn't lose creature status after going back to hand and has been cast again.

0.9.2dev

  1. AI has two Angel's Tomb in play not transformed to creatures yet
  2. AI cast a Emancipation Angel returning one of the Angel's Tomb to her hand back
  3. AI casts the Angel's Tomb again in the same turn. The Angel's Tomb is immediately a creature but shouldn't be a creature as long as no other creature enteres the battlefield.
