Products not showing up in admin

Preconditions

1. Magento 2.2.0
2. PHP 7.1.x
3. MySQL 5.6

Steps to reproduce

1. We installed a new extension (Multi vendor module), we were successfulyl able to create products as a seller and the products were approved by the admin. However, after sometime the products listing in the product page is blanking. It justs shows the no of records but not display the products.
2. Also even though the product is listed as in stock still it shows as out of stock.

Expected result

1. Blank page on the products listing in admin.

We purchased WEBKUL Multi Vendor module for Magento 2.2.0. After deploying and configuring the module, we were able to configure a couple of test seller accounts and seller products. We were able to approve some of the products and the sellers through the admin. However, after couple of uses the manager seller page does not show any products or sellers for approval. it just displays the count of the sellers and products. And also it does not show any products other than of the sellers.

We are unable to determine if this is a known multi vendor module issue or a magento issue. Please let us know if you have seen this issue.

We were not able to reproduce this issue by following the steps you provided. Please try to reproduce this issue on a clean installation or latest release.
