[Js] Replace usage of Prototype JS

Magento use Prototype js that doesn't support 6 years.
In most cases prototype used in migrated M1 code that could be replaced.

Expected behavior (*)

Prototype JS not used

Benefits

1. Reduce the number of legacy code.

@sivaschenko @gabrieldagama, could this issue be set as a high priority? Removing usage of the prototype js, which is so old, is way better than updating prototype js in order to fix #32847
