• Create 2 products assigning to 2 different categories
• Create a cart price rule with condition as- add SKU 1 in FOUND parameter and SKU 2 put in the NOT FOUND parameter
• Add both the products to the cart
• Apply the coupon code

The coupon code get applied

The coupon code shouldn't get applied as the cart contains products from restricted category
