[Cloud] Orders Report export CSV - strange letters

ISSUE:
 Whenever they attempt to export the Sales report, the CSV file has the € letter in almost every block.

 

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

1. Change Base Currency and Default Display Currency to EURO in the Currency Setup
2. Place an order
3. Reports - Orders - Select random dates - Show Report - Export CSV

EXPECTED RESULTS:
The CSV shows standard letters

ACTUAL RESULTS:
It shows the strange € letter
