Product Permission Settings changing

Summary

We have experienced multiple product permissions changing on their own which has allowed customers to see and sometimes order items they are not authorized to purchase.

Examples

The most recent example of this is is customer group Casey's should only be able to view the following items: XMO36, OTS2, PRO, HDSPR2, OTSSPR, and SPR. However, as of this morning, this group could also see CAFTOTE and XMOEH.

It might be due to some third-party module. Please try to disable all the third-party modules and check if the issue is still occurring.
