Magento version: 2.4.6-p4, 2.4.7

A bundle product with ship separately option

Steps to reproduce

• Place an order with 4 quantities of a bundled product(ship separately)
• Create shipment for each child with 1 quantity
• Create refund for each child with 1 quantity

Expected result

Order should be in “Processing” status. Other items are still available to ship or refund

Actual result

Order status marks as "Complete" status

Verified the issue on the Magento 2.4 dev instance and the issue is not reproducible.

We are seeing the order status as "Processing" with partial shipment and partial refund for bundle products.

Steps to reproduce :

1. Place an order with 4 quantities of a bundled product(ship separately)
2. Create shipment for each child with 1 quantity
3. Create refund for each child with 1 quantity

Please refer the screenshots and let us know if we missed anything.

Verified the issue on Magento 2.4 dev instance and 2.4.7 instance but the issue is not reproducible in both instances.

Order status is "Processing" when partial shipment and partial refund for bundle products.

Steps to reproduce

1. Place an order with 4 quantities of a bundled product(ship separately)
2. Create shipment for each child with 1 quantity
3. Create refund for each child with 1 quantity
