Fixes two bugs in pre2 due to bad autoimports, and me misclicking.
Adds the Emporia EVSE/Car Charger as a switch with some additional attributes for the charge rate and charger status. Still very much WIP. There's no service to set the charge rate yet, this is just overall on/off and general information.
Month sensors should also set their last_reset date correctly based on what date you've set in the app as the reset day.
