Summary
Added mobile reachability timer dependent test cases in Sanity suite. Added sleep prints in test cases to help understanding that Sanity run is not stuck.
Note: This PR must be pulled after PRs #1909 , #1910 , #2107 , #2108
Note: This PR is the signed-off version of PR #2020 and hence after pulling this PR changes, PR #2020 can be closed. The new PR is raised because we were facing issue in signing off previous PR.
