• This PR only changes realization.gms for module 38_factor-costs.

• (If applicable) Runs using different scenarios/mappings which are not the default (12 regions/c200 clusters).
• No test needed

Special comments/warnings

• This is not a critical bug and the segment of realization.gms is updated anyways when model runs but its nice to have a cleaner and accurate version of it by default.
