FSEC output scripts now write into the scenario output folders themselves #410

🐦 Purpose of this PR 🐦

To streamline the plotting of results, Florian wanted the outputs from FSEC_nitrogenPollutants, etc., to print into the respective scenario folders rather than a single purpose folder (e.g. 'nitrogen_results'). This will enable a merge function to better combine datasets of interest.
