your package is included in Debian, which still has 7.6 (and will have it for a little longer). Currently, we are unable to use 0.3.0 due to the dependency on base. Can that be lifted?
Last time I looked at TravisCI it only had an impossibly old version of Ghc, it's nice to see that it's been fixed. It looks like it shouldn't be too hard to get working, but due to vacation and travelling I won't have time to do it until mid-July.
A quicker path could be for you to relax the dependencies, run the tests and then swear, in writing, that they passed :) Then just let me know what limits you used on the dependencies and I'll be happy to adjust them.
Hi,
your package is included in Debian, which still has 7.6 (and will have it for a little longer). Currently, we are unable to use
0.3.0
due to the dependency onbase
. Can that be lifted?Note that it is easy to have Travis check your github hosted haskell packages against many versions of GHC, see https://github.com/hvr/multi-ghc-travis
