An initial message from the developer

Hi MailMate users,

I'm opening up the wiki pages to provide users with a place in which they can share tips, tricks, third party resources, and anything I've failed to properly document in the manual. I'm not sure yet how the wiki is best structured, but it can always be restructured when/if content is added.

Anything added to these pages should not have any copyright restrictions. I also reserve the right to move/edit any material added to this wiki if I think it is better located in the official manual.

The only requirement for editing the wiki is a GitHub account. It'll stay that way unless it becomes a problem :)
