I think that the desktop.css file is never loaded so the menus break. Mai Exclusive hit this because the mobile menu is always displayed.

Allow sub-menus on mobile for non-mobile menus

Should be a fix for #513

Needs testing.

This is fixed but needs testing to see if it breaks standard menus anywhere else.
