Windows: Set Action Phase
This window lets you quickly set the Action Phases for all NPCs. You can set a common phase for all NPCs, or enter a common Action Check roll.
Choose a common action phase, use the 'Roll' option to enter a numeric value for the Action Check roll, or choose "Random" to have each NPC window roll independently.
Press ENTER or click "OK" to submit; press ESCAPE or click "Cancel" to cancel.
