SMTP setting validation failed (Error: self signed certificate)

I have an internal smtp and I get this error.
Is there a way to get over it?

Hmm, why do you use encryption with an internal server?

Oh it exchanges emails with the outside also... I deployed it ever since Google made using their smtp harder. For my services to be able to send notifications....
